Our Story
NXTLEVEL Collective started with a simple belief: every young person deserves a real chance to succeed.
Most students don't lack ability. They lack access.
So we built NXTLEVEL Collective to open those doors, with youth-driven programs that prepare young people for whatever comes next, college, the military, a trade, or a career.

Meet Our Founder
Daniela Rivera, MBA
Founder & Executive Director
Daniela Rivera is an executive leader with more than 15 years of experience across education, workforce development, nonprofit management, and community partnerships.
She has designed workforce systems that connect schools, employers, and government agencies to expand opportunity for youth, leading multidisciplinary teams and building partnerships that strengthen organizations and improve lives.
NXTLEVEL Collective is the culmination of Daniela's belief that every young person deserves equitable access to opportunity.
